Mario Daniel Vega (born 3 June 1984 in Cutral Có, Neuquén), is an Argentine footballer currently playing for River Plate.

New Chicago debuted June 11, 2006 in a match against Argentinos Juniors where he obtained the victory 3-2. Won promotion to first in 2006 with Nueva Chicago. Due to its good performance in 2007 was transferred to River Plate. He first played in the first division of the River Plate during the second half against Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy after an injury to Juan Ojeda.
